What happens on the call?
We walk you through the roadmap live, answer the questions a written report cannot, confirm month 1’s first move, and make sure whoever executes (your team, your developer, or us) has what they need. It is 45 minutes, booked within 10 business days of delivery. It is not a retainer pitch.

Do you offer a refund?
Yes. If the audit and roadmap surface fewer than 6 prioritized actions, or if ranking data fails to return for your domain, we refund you in full. The call must be scheduled within 30 days of delivery or it is forfeited (not refunded), so book it while the findings are fresh.

Will you push me into a monthly retainer?
